She is particularly skilled in the scouting process that matches clients' needs to ideal properties, and is also an experienced real estate investor. Anne Marie has also had the unique opportunity of working with Spanish speaking investors, buyers and sellers. As head of the Chesser Mortgage Group's downtown Los Angeles office, Anne Marie helped foster the area's impressive urban renaissance. Catering to downtown L.A.'s top-tier professionals, she specialized in jumbo loans ($600,000-$10,000,000) for properties in the Greater Los Angeles area and beyond. Areas of specialty included Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Hancock Park, Pacific Palisades, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, and Palos Verdes. In addition to her career in real estate, Anne Marie is a dedicated softball coach working with young athletes in the Palos Verdes Area. Anne Marie firmly believes that her success as a real estate professional is attributable to her ability to balance hard work and hard play.
